No School

No school for the girls tomorrow due to icy roads. A snow plow would do wonders around here.

Raining Ice

No school for Alea and I tomorrow due to the rain, ice, and snow we are currently getting. I actually have plans to cook a roast tomorrow if the power stays on.

153

Alea sold 153 boxes of Girl Scout cookies. That is much better than I ever did. She even loved selling them. I think her favorite part was going door to door with me in tow. (Not my favorite part.) The goal for each girl was to sell 50 boxes so I think she did pretty well!

Just us girls

Alea is out of school tomorrow too.

5

Make that day 5 for me without work because of snow/ice. Still waiting to hear about school for Alea.

Check out the pictures below.

Day 4

No school or work today for Alea and I. Ice with snow. Back to bed for me!

Update

Alea will be out of school tomorrow too. There are a couple of schools on the outskirts of town that must have bad roads. We have a playdate scheduled tomorrow so the other Girl Scout leader and I can get some work done.

Another snow day!

No school for me tomorrow. I guess the roads are worse in Rogers than here in Springdale. Alea will have school tomorrow though. It is suppose to snow again Wednesday night so we might be out all week in Rogers. What am I going to do without my girl tomorrow? Sleep, treadmil, cook dinner (third day in a row), see a movie??

Stay safe!

To my Wisconsin friends

I took a picture out my front door of the 'snow' so you can see what an Arkansas snow day looks like. I had a snow day today and they just called school off for tomorrow.

Snow day...really?

Davin and I are always surprised when they call a snow day here in Arkansas. I guess we still have Wisconsin snow in our minds.
