Mr. Know-It-All

Tonight we had a parent subbing as coach for Alea's volleyball team. He kept  telling the girls to do everything wrong. He told them the wrong form for everything. Alea was so frustrated because she knows what to do but felt like she was being 'yelled at' (he just talked loud) when she didn't do things his way. I thought about pulling her and leaving, but I think figuring out how to handle this is something she needs to learn. I don't want to teach her to just quit when she disagrees. I want her to push through and do what she knows is right. Davin tried to help with the girls but he was just railroaded by this overbearing dad. At least he was able to be a buffer for Alea.
